We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to last-minute changes, requiring you to reschedule or cancel your appointment with us. However, due to an increase in last-minute changes, cancellations, and no-shows during our busiest periods, we must now introduce a small deposit to protect our business.

This deposit is non-refundable if cancellations are made within 48 hours of your appointment. With proper notice, we will do our best to accommodate any rescheduling needs. This policy will apply to all future bookings and helps us cover additional operational costs.
